Educational Sessions

At Beaches Pelvic Physio we are passionate about Pelvic Health Education.

Our education sessions are tailored to the requirement of the group involved. We run them as interactive sessions, usually involving an initial presentation followed by a discussion and introduction to useful Pelvic Health products.  Questions are encouraged, with nothing being a 'stupid' question.  Our Pelvic Health Physio will also answer more private questions afterwards on a 1:1 basis.

The sessions we have done over the last 14 years have been for a variety of groups including Mother's Groups, Personal Trainers, GPs, Bootcamps, Gyms, Seniors groups, Pre-natal Mums and symptom-specific groups such as for endometriosis support groups.  This year we are also launching our Teenage Support Service and will be doing talks for teenagers in schools and also parent/teenager group sessions. You can see a sample of these sessions below.

If you would like to host, or would like more information about hosting an education session for your group, please feel free to get in contact using the numbers above, the contact form below or via email.
